You will then be showed a list of items to select from which are relevant to your search. The shipping and handling cost is only for $4.99 per order within the lower 48 states of U.S. only. Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are excluded.

Free shipping is offered for orders that reach an amount of $75 and above within the Continental U.S. only. This does not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Territories and international addresses.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected by the customer. Pulse Store uses USPS and UPS shipping carriers. You may select from the following shipping options:

Takes 3-5 business days delivery service.
Offers Monday to Friday delivery to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. boxes.

Takes 3-5 business days delivery service depending upon location.
Offers Monday to Friday delivery.
Available in select areas.

Takes 2 business days delivery service.

Shipping of items to Canada basically takes 1 to 3 business days depending upon demand and availability, or if the product is in stock. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Kindly allow normal delivery time of UPS from the U.S. and also 8-12 days for standard delivery time through Global Priority Mail Canada. Expedited shipping or express delivery is not offered for Canada shipments.

Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees are not included in the shipping and handling charge. These must be rendered with your local customs in order for the shipment to be released by the Canada Customs at the Canadian border. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding these particular charges.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Pulse Store also ships products to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please note though that for international orders, only payment through PayPal is accepted and all listed prices are in U.S. dollars.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders. Please be sure to provide a complete physical/street address to have your order processed.

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes

The minimum shipping charge for international orders is $75, but the actual shipping charge is based on the number of items you order.

An email will be sent to you containing the actual shipping cost and a PayPal payment request. If you approve the cost, then please pay via PayPal only. If you don’t approve the shipping cost, your order will then remain in Pending Payment status until you make a cancellation.

Please note that customers outside of the U.S. are subject custom fees, taxes, and tariffs. These charges are not included in the shipping and handling charges of Pulse Store. You may check information regarding these charges with your local customs office. Your local customs office may be able to give you an estimate on any applicable tax and duties that you may be charged upon delivery. You will be solely responsible for these additional custom clearance fees. These charges should be rendered with your local customs for the shipment will be released.

International Returns or Packages Refused

Kindly make sure that the shipping address you provide us is correct. Pulse Store will not be responsible for undelivered or returned packages due to errors in the address made by the customer.

If you want to return an item back, please secure a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Pulse Store. You may call our customer service at 1-877-264-3717 or send an email to info@pulsestore.com to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.

International Shipping Restrictions

Pulse Store carries products from several brands but is given permission to have all products shipped to addresses outside the United States.

After placing an order, customers of Pulse Store will be sent an email confirming that the order has been placed successfully. Another email confirmation will then be sent to inform customers once the order has already been processed and charged. The same email also contains the expected shipping date of the order. For customers who already have an account at PulseStore.com, the status of your order is made available to you. Customers with billing addresses in Georgia are subjected to a 10% sales tax on products. All other U.S. and international customers will not be charged any sales taxes on products.

If you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue you a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) after you have returned the product, provided that it has not yet been used. Returned items without RMA numbers will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
